Your selected photos

Print Sheet Studio processes the photos you select in your browser. The current tool does not upload those image files to a server, send them to an AI service, or create a cloud photo library. Selecting a file gives the page access to that selected file for the layout; it does not grant access to your entire photo collection.

Keep your original photos. The tool is not a backup service. A PDF you save or a document you send to a printer is handled by your browser, operating system, printer, and any destination you choose. For example, choosing a cloud storage folder or a remote printing service places that output outside this website's control.

Accounts and advertising

The current version has no account system or advertising scripts. It does not ask for payment information or an email address to arrange photos. Local image processing does not mean that opening the website makes no network requests: the browser still requests the site's pages and assets.

Optional analytics

Print Sheet Studio offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement to understand whether people visit the guides and use the photo tool. Google's analytics script loads only after you allow analytics. Your selected photos continue to be processed locally whether you allow or decline analytics.

Choosing No thanks leaves all tool features available without loading that script. Choosing Allow analytics permits analytics cookies and measurement of page visits and PDF generation. Google Analytics can also generate basic first-visit, session, and engagement events and process technical information about your browser or device. Enhanced measurement is turned off. We keep advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals disabled in this integration.

Our page-visit events use an approved page path on this site, a fixed site title, and a blank page-referrer field. They exclude URL query strings and fragments. The PDF-generation event records only whether the sheet used our sample illustrations or your selected images. It is sent after the tool creates the PDF and starts the browser download; it does not confirm that a file was saved or printed. These events do not include your photos, file names, image dimensions, copy counts, page counts, or PDF contents.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser's local storage for six months when that storage is available. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change that choice. Turning analytics off after allowing it clears this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the script. Download your PDF first: reloading clears the photos and layout in this tab. The setting applies to this browser, not every device you use. Google's handling of analytics data is described in Google's privacy policy.

Hosting requests

When this site is delivered through Cloudflare, Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request-related information to provide its hosting, delivery, and security services. This can include traffic or request logs; security features may also use cookies. Those infrastructure requests are distinct from the selected photo files, which the tool processes locally. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its description of information processed about end users. This page does not promise a particular retention period for Cloudflare's infrastructure records.

Links and future changes

The guides link to external documentation. Visiting those sites is subject to their own privacy practices. Browser extensions, shared-device settings, and third-party printing software are also outside this tool's control.

This policy will be updated if analytics, advertising, accounts, uploads, or other data-handling features change. The current local-processing description should not be treated as permission for a future upload feature.
